  • What is the status of my order?

    You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on the “orders” link to the left. From there you will be able to see your order summary, the shipping status, and your tracking number. If you checked out as a guest, no need to worry! A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent out with every order.

  • What is your returns and exchanges policy?

    If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly offer a full refund of the purchase price, or exchange your unworn item within 30 days of the original purchase date. All shipping costs will be nonrefundable. If you selected the incorrect cause at the time of purchase, please contact us within 30 days and we will send the donation to the correct place. If you would like to process a return or exchange, fill out the contact form and we'll be happy to help!

  • Can I edit my Brave Page?

    You can edit your photo, "About This Cause" information, and colors of items available on your Brave Page by logging into your account and clicking on the “edits” link to the left.
